Lea Brook Road North, Wednesbury, West Midlands, WS10 7LY
Lea Brook was proud to host two superb evenings with an informal mix of songs, humour and chat. The first featuring Paul’s guitar and keyboard playing, vocals and humour. With material dating back as far as "Daybreak" in 1982 (Stony Ground) we were treated to material right up to the present day. It was clear that the Lord has been inspiring Paul to write inspirational music on a variety of subjects in particular, the effect of researching the slave trade led to his musical "Cargo". Additionally, as Paul put it, we were being guinea pigs for material he was writing for his new "Rights of Passage" album and we were delighted that Paul could be joined by Dan Wheeler again in September 2009 to perform this in full.
